The wars and disasters from the 1930s have dampened the economy of Mid-Hebei area, restrained the development of temple fair, and led to the atrophy of the temple fair. The CPC has taken a series of measures against the atrophy, actively transformed and restored the temple fair and contributed to the restoration and development of the temple fair. Despite all the achievements, there's no denying that some measures during the transformation are worth considering.
