This shift presented in people's change of life style, therefore, life among within the territory of the enormous changes taking place, since the reform and opening in China is to reflect the social development and progress of the most intuitive, is also the most real evidence. Reform and opening-up make China into a new and comprehensive social transformation period. Social transformation in optimizing structure of the society, to enhance the social vigor, accelerating social development, but also brings a lot of social problems with many disharmonious phenomenon . Among them main performance have the population expansion, residential nervous, intensifying the unfair distribution, the polarization between the unemployment, employment pressure, unemployment, poor families, enhanced pollution of the environment, energy shortages, lack of credibility, moral decay, industry, and rampant drug addicts, prostitution, feudal superstition, juvenile crime, underworld forces, official corruption issues, and so on, these are subject to continue to deeply reform of the take effective measures to change.Since China's reform and opening-up are about the change of social life, many experts and scholars from different aspects, different angles to scientifically analyzed and explained.
