With the rapid development of economy and society, the existence of employees in all types of enterprise groups, group psycho-social atmosphere have a greater impact on group members, then, an atmosphere of increasing the level of community social psychology, to meet the psychological needs of group members is essential.At present, Our management scholars for enterprise groups of social psychological atmosphere research is less , Enterprise groups of social psychological atmosphere theory is not perfect. This paper wants to enterprise groups through the investigation and analysis of the social psychological atmosphere, seek out influence enterprise group social psychological atmosphere main factor.This social psychological atmosphere in the group based on the theory of corporate social and psychological atmosphere of the measurement of group dimensions of adjustment, re-design of the questionnaire; statistical analysis using SPSS18.0 factor analysis software, come to affect the business community in Yan'an atmosphere of social and psychological eight factors and enterprise groups in Yan'an status of social and psychological atmosphere.Studies suggest that: enterprise groups of social psychological atmosphere should be involved in the questionnaire of 10 dimensions, respectively: the relation with the leader , the relationship between colleagues, department's unity, status, creativity, autonomy, control of members, awards, cohesion, job satisfaction; By factor analysis, the relationship between organization members to extract, create atmosphere, work environment satisfaction, bonus incentive, and leadership relations, organizational support, authorization, members of the control is the affect enterprise groups of social psychological atmosphere of the main factors, ranging from enterprises in 8 dimension of the total score obtained: business groups in Yan'an low level of social and psychological atmosphere in urgent need of improvement; through the enterprises in the eight dimensions of the mean of the draw: Yan'an area businesses membership in the organization, to create atmosphere, working environment satisfaction, and leadership relations, organizational support, authorization, control, seven members of the concern is not enough, did not take effective measures.Finally, Lack of respect for the 7, the paper proposes to improve the organization from the membership, active play to their creativity, and actively improve the employee work environment, timely care about lower levels, strengthening the organizational support of the training, emphasis on employee empowerment to improve the flexibility of management control in seven areas put forward to improve the Yan'an Enterprise Strategy group social psychological atmosphere.
