Objectives:1.Exploring the impact of psychological capital and intrinsic motivation on work performance2.Exploring whether intrinsic motivation plays a mediating role in the impact of psychological capital on work performance3.According to the relevant theories of psychological capital and work performance,put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the psychological capital of employees and improving their work performance.Methods:Taking the employees of a certain enterprise in Nanjing as the research object,the psychological capital scale,intrinsic motivation scale and job performance scale are used as research tools to investigate the psychological capital,intrinsic motivation and job performance status,data correlation analysis and mediation effect analysis using SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0Results:(1)The eight dimensions of the Psychological Capital Scale were significantly positively correlated with the four dimensions of the Work Performance Scale(p<0.05).The eight dimensions of the Psychological Capital Scale were significantly positively correlated with the five dimensions of the Intrinsic Motivation Scale(p < 0.05).The five dimensions of the intrinsic motivation scale were significantly positively correlated with the four dimensions of the Work performance scale(p<0.05).(2)The results of the sequential test are significant.After introducing the intrinsic motivation in the regression equation,the regression coefficient of psychological capital to innovation performance is reduced from 0.703 to 0.386,the regression coefficient for learning performance is reduced from 0.701 to 0.440,and the regression coefficient for task performance is reduced by 0.616.At 0.228,the regression coefficient for relationship performance decreased from 0.808 to 0.620.the regression coefficient for work performance decreased from 0.828 to 0.566.Conclusions:(2)Psychological capital has a positive predictive effect on intrinsic motivation and work performance,and intrinsic motivation also has a positive predictive effect on work performance.(3)Intrinsic motivation has a partial mediating effect between psychological capital and work performance.Psychological capital can act on work performance through the intermediary variable of intrinsic motivation.
