Research On The Inheritance Of Jingyong And Huanzhu

Yong Jin's novels are familar in Chinese world and the research about his work is becoming an independent subject--Jinology which is extensive and profound. Jinology has been a hot topic of many scholars since 1980's. Personalities of various circles, including some great scientists and pliticians, are the fans of Jin. In the 1990s, Chinese Department of Peking University accepted the research of Jinology into their teaching and research system.However, by analyzing Jin Yong's novels we can't ignore another grandmaster of sword novels---HuanZhuLouZhu. There is a significant inherit relationship between them. If there is no HuanZhuLouZhu's work as reference, we will miss the essence of the inherent between Jin and HuanZhuLouZhu. Huanzhulouzhu's work is a matrial arts encyclopedia and he affected other sword novel's grandmaster like Jin and Gulong. Jin is standing on his shoulder.Through the analysis and comparison, the paper explains Jin's work based on HuanZhuLouZhu's. In addition to continuity and learn, Jin found another way to deepen and enrich the HuanZhuLouZhu's sword world. According to the analysis of words, sentences, roles' names, martial, hero's growth model and weapons, the paper introduces the similarites and differences between their work.
