Frankish Kingdom was an important transformation in Europe during the Middle Ages. In this period, Barbarian culture, Christian culture, Roman culture and other cultural gradually from Conflict to Fusion. In the integration process, we had to mention a famous monarch, which was Charlemagne.Charlemagne—ruler of the vast Frankish kingdom from 768 to his death in 814 and Holy Roman emperor from the year 800—is considered the father of Europe. He is a famous history figure of the Middle Ages in Europe. He founded the first empire in Western Europe after the fall of Rome, and his court at Aix-la-Chapelle was a center of classical learning and a focus of the Carolingian Renaissance. Charlemagne contributed most of his life to warfare. There were historical records of more than 53 times. In addition, Charlemagne's cultural policy can not be ignored. Charlemagne not only consolidated the foundation of feudal Europe, but also laid a solid foundation for the future of Europe's cultural renaissance.Cultural policy at any time will be the impact of the ruling class; Frank Kingdom's culture is no exception. This paper studied the cultural policy of Charlemagne after accessing to information, analyzing and summarizing results of previous studies. Through research, the author tried to analyze the period of Charlemagne's cultural development in a right way. The author from the historical background, reasons, concrete measures and influence etc, analyzed Charlemagne cultural policy.
