A Study On The Administering Policy About Western Qin Kingdom

Western Qin Kingdom is a local government established in the Longxi region during the Sixteen Kingdoms period.Due to the lack of historical materials,There is no systematic study on the history of Western Qin Kingdom so far.This paper combines the research results of the Sixteen Kingdoms and the history of the Western Qin Kingdom and the historical materials of the literature in recent years,starting from the demographic,economic,ethnic,cultural and geographical characteristics of the Longxi region during the Sixteen Kingdoms period,Combining with the composition and influence of the Qifu Xianbei ethnic group,In terms of characteristics,route and significance,this paper examines the long-term migration activities before the founding of the kingdom,and summarizes the background factors and main policy sources of the stagnation of Xianbei into this area,and the establishment of Western Qin Kingdom;By analyzing the historical role of the migration and construction of the Western Qin,the Xiqin official system imitates the feudal state construction process reflected by the Han Dynasty?Wei Dynasty and the Central Plains regimes,as well as the times and regions that focus on military duties,a large number of Han officials,and ethnic differences.Characteristics,an important means by which the ruler consolidates the regime,to summarize the key political initiatives and influences that the rulers who carried out from the leaders of the nomadic tribal alliance to the feudal regime rulers;By studying the frequent geographical,economic,and political reasons for the military activities of the Western Qin Kingdom and the characteristics of the country,to understand the main characteristics and influences of the economic strategy of Supporting the economy with war that Western Qin Kingdom relies on,focusing on population plundering and migration,adopting a virtual-side development model,and using different ways for different ethnic groups.And summarize the economic factors of agriculture,similar taxation system,business and transportation;From the emphasis on the Confucian culture by the rulers of the and the extensive absorption of the Han people,the understanding of the Western Qin Kingdom rulers' efforts to improve their rule by Confucianism,to analyze the significance of culture and education officials in regulating ethnic relations and inheriting Confucian culture.From the causes,specific manifestations and the influences on the economic,social,cultural and artistic aspects,this paper analyzes the policyof worshiping monks,carrying out the construction of cave temples and translating the scriptures,and exploring the cultural development of Longxi during the Western Qin Kingdom;It analyzes the causes of the rapid decline of the regime in the heyday,the military failure behind the historical facts,the lag of economic development,the misconduct of diplomacy,the corruption of the ruling clique,the ruin of the supreme ruler's ability to govern,the ruling of the ruling class,and the ruling class.In the dramatic changes in political economy,the common factors such as the unfinished national integration behind the rapid demise of the sixteen kingdoms,the flaws in the ruler's ruling strategy,and the fact that the elements of the times are larger than the unified elements,and the weak national strength of the kingdom,are sparsely populated,have four sides.The enemy's own characteristics analyze the historical determinants of the chaos from the Period of the Sixteen Kingdoms to the North and South Dynasty.
