The idioms are one of the constituent parts of language, and also a cultural phenomenon. The idioms of a nation reflect the production experience, life common sense, moral, religious beliefs, the life value orientation and communicating philosophy for the nation's people, and also their life portrayal and experience treasure, which contain rich national cultural pithyand be very precious. Generally speaking, as superior ,the concept of a idiom include the idioms and proverbs, two-part allegorical sayings, mottos and proverbs, epigrams type etc. According to the classification about objects, idioms can divided into animals idioms,plant idioms,food idioms etc. In this paper, we select the animal idioms as the research object, so as to reveal the cultural meaning of them.The article was divided into five chapters:Chapter 1: introduction. In this part we mainly overview the current research about the Zhuang and Thai animals idioms , and than explain the purpose,the thought,the method and the significance of this subject.Chapter 2: the analysising to language features of animal idioms. First of all, we statistics the data of animal image in animals idioms, and analyzes the reasons for the similarities and differences of the data. Secondly,we analysis the language features of animals idioms from the two aspects of rhythm and rhetoric , first from four aspects such as tone, rhythm, repeat, rhyme , rhythm,next analysis the rhetorical tactics from three aspectsas to parables, contrast, dual. Chapter 3: the analysis of animal images in animal idioms. Analyze the animal idioms from national animals cultural image in the Zhuang and the Thai.Chapter 4: the cultural connotation analysis of animal idioms. Totally we analyzes from four sources from just as the daily life of animals, the thorough history and legend, the religious activities, the loan words, at last we analyzes the cultural connotation from five aspects such as geographical knowledge, religion, life know, traditional custom, life experience, which the animals idioms contains itself,and discusses the similarities and differences of the Zhuang and the Thai.Chapter 5: epilogue. Summing up this.totally paper.
