The object of the subject investigated of this thesis is the literary thoughts of Eastern Zhejiang School. The studies make selective analysis of school's major members.First, the object of the subject investigated member is the school's leader and tutor Huangzongxi. The literary thoughts of Huang are in the letters of friends'epistle,all kinds of prefaces and postscripts,corpuses. Although he didn't have monograph but the literary thoughts still are extensive and profound. The thoughts of Wen Dao reflect what the understand of Huang with the essential of literature,the difference between literature thoughts and other course, especially history,philosophy and Confucian classics. The relations of Wen and Dao involve the relations between form and substance. Huang have made contribution on the subject of"XingQing"theories."XingQing"theories are the core of Huang's literary thoughts. Which characteristic is the basic of literature, Huang's opinion is"XingQing". The issue of"QingJing"theories are compared with Wangfuzhi, who is the ideologist and writer in the initial of Qing Dynasty. All of the literary thoughts of Huang have tremendous influence with his students.Secondly, the object of the subject investigated member is the school's students who studied in Yong. Once Huang had classes in the ZhengRen College, all of the members of Eastern ZheJing School were guided by Huangzongxi. Ligaotang and Huangzongxi are the physician as teacher, Zhengliang,Wangsitong,Qiulian are students of Huang. The crucial literary thoughts of them are similar, but everyone had personality, they have their own opinions, all the literary thoughts of them are important part of the literary thoughts of Eastern Zhejiang School.
