Nowadays,people pay more and more attention on college students'Mental health.In this paper ,we focus our eyes on the phenomenon that the Psychological Committee Members'duty is not clear, they don't know what they should do and so they can't perform their duties in their class and etc..We plan to use revised questionnaire to investigate the current situation of Psychological Committee Members'Self-efficacy which is based on their situation.We try to find the ways to improve Psychological Committee Members'Self-efficacy and promote the level of college students'mental health. This paper is based on the related research findings both at home and abroad when it investigates the current situation of Psychological Committee Members'Self-efficacy by revised questionnaire.The questionnaires have been handed out to 600 Psychological Committee Members from 18 faculties in Tianjin University and 531 effective questionnaires have been collected. Besides the questionnaires, we have also interviewed 12 Psychological Committee Members for further investigation on the relevant issues. From the investigation and interview, we found that the scores of Psychological Committee Members'Self-efficacy shows a normal distribution.There are many factors about Psychological Committee Members'Self-efficacy,including Grade Level, time on duty, self-identity and self-assessment. The research analyzes the reasons for these problems and puts forward relative strategies and suggestions to enhance sense of self-efficacy. We suggest that all schools should actively create opportunities for Psychological Committee Members so as to communicate and try their best to increase their influences. Meanwhile, the school should establish effective training and activating systems. From the perspective of Psychological Committee Members, the researcher puts forward three requirements in order to improve the Psychological Committee Members'level of self-efficacy sense: having a clear understanding of their responsibilities; taking the initiative measures to study and improve their own professional knowledge about mental health; cooperating with each other.
