Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is full of languages. Although so many linguists have done many jobs on it, there are still blanks in Guangxi languages and the Xiaopingyang Nonghua is one of them. Xiaopingyang town lies in the south of Laibin city. There are four dialects, they are Nonghua, Zhuang language, Hakka dialect and Southwest Mandarin dialect, and half Xiaopingyang people are speaking Nonghua. There are about 80,000 people speaking Nonghua in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the most of them are living in the Xiaopingyang town, which includes six villages such as Sanlian, Heping, Dongnan, Lingtou, Ganqin and Changshan, and some of them live in Heji town of Binyang county. With the purpose of providing facts of dialect and analyzing dialect materials, this thesis describes the Nonghua of Xiaopingyang town from three aspects, which are phonetics, lexis and grammar, by selecting Luxu dialect(Binyang city), Zhucun dialect (Guigang city), Fumian dialect (Yulin city) and Yue dialect (Guangzhou city) as a key object of the reference to study the phonetic features and the belonging of Xiaopingyang Nonghua. The paper is based on the location and culture backgrounds of Xiaopingyang to study its phonetics, lexis and grammars. In the end, the paper gets a conclusion, which is Xiaopingyang Nonghua is mostly same as Zhucun dialect (Guigang city) and Fumian dialect (Yulin city) , a little same as Luxu dialect(Binyang city) and Pinghua (South of Guangxi), is very different from standard Cantonese, by making a comparison of the phonetics and lexis with the surrounding dialects.
