| Vertically surveying the history of Chinese Hundred-year-literature, extended forms of irony have conformed its interior structure, and functioned in three stratifies as the literature rhetoric method, the philosophy attitude, and the values form, which by characterized individual subjectivity, communities agreement, and periodicity. Traditional literature studding objects can simply divided into literature subjects, which creating subjects and accepting subjects included, and literature objects, which contexts and social lives included, two types. Since all subjects are loaded with traditional culture and present social historical implication, and the nature of Irony inevitably embodies in the relationship between the objects and the subjects.The Ironic nature of Chinese Hundred-year-literature yet. has its basic characteristics bellowing, excepting the stratify characteristics.Firstly, the Individual subjective characteristics. To Irony, the most simple definite is that the statement and the descript contains the meaning which is the quite opposite meaning to the appearance (or literal).The two poles that forms Irony which are "statement and descript" and "sense perception" ,they both are the concepts of strong subjectivity, and both are changing following the concrete conditions of creating subject and accepting subjects in the literature activities, and are relevant to the states of cognition and emotion. No matter the participation of cognition are theparticipation of emotion both can make the distance between these two concepts, even make them to the opposite completely. Thus, cognitive Ironic can be divided into two ranges of the tendentiousness and the non-lendentiousness. The tendentious Irony of cognition is accustomed to be called as "Praise the deer as the horse", but both are knowing that "the deer is not the horse", regardless the view point of creating subjects or the accepting subjects. The non-tendentious Irony of Cognition is, namely, the irony antagonist to the essence shows in contexts in which is limited in them.Secondly ,the massive cognitive characteristics. The Chinese Hundred-year-literature is engendering and developing, following the varieties of social movements. And the subjective and the depending forces of the social movements are "the mess of the people", and this is reflected on the literature as the massive cognitive characteristics of Ironic structure. Namely, the ethical value view-points formed depending on a certain forces are turned up as the aspect of "the mess" or "the most", and are set up a stem antic procedure as a sort of aesthetic sense, which directly functioning on the procedure of literature activities.Thirdly, the characteristics of stage. The Ironic structure of the Chinese Hundred-year-literature shows the characteristics of the centralization and the unitary, there by the Irony of the literature shows as the alternative of the Irony inside the contexts and outside the contexts. From the function of Irony, Irony in the Poly-times tends to rhetoric senses and the philosophic attitude, and in the unitary times, the value ranges.
