The disintegration and decline of zhuzi's theory made a great contribution to thefudalist disinteration and the thinklng enlighment of JaPen in its modere times.However, Zhuzi's self disintegration, a procession corrected by itself, was Iinishedby So-gyou, Jin-sai, Eki-ken, So-rai, but the laSt and deeisive man was Soirai. Thisthesis systematically presents the solial background. thinkillg chanacter and socialinfluence of the orisiantion of So-rai's thinldng. Moreover, the thesis tries to discussSo-rai's disinteration of Zhuzi's chain thinking structUre, mainly from the foilowingthree aspectS: theory of doctrine, outlook of Got's win, disinteation of the publicand the Private.From the classical ballad aS his starting point and method, So-rai criticizedZhuzi's thinkintr which united the nature law with the human rue, and moralprinaciples with politic dondnation and which stiPulated that the doctrine ofConfuciedsm was a matCria lized "Ceremony, Music, Penalty and Politics" itsessence was a POlitical character of running the country and adndnisterins the worid.So-rai used "politice superior to others" instead of Zhuzi's "morality sUPerior toothers", and cut off the connections of Zhuzi's worid ouhook and etas outlook,ethics outlook and politics outlook, and disintegrared the reasonable chain ttrinkingway of Zhuzi's "cultivating one's moral characteimanaging a householUnningthe countryadIninistering the word."Then So-rai used "God's wil1" as his last basis to create a saint, which mad amystery of his phylosoPhical thinking. The universal and obective character ofdoctrine produced the disinteration of the public and the private in So-rai's leamingoutlook. The public was only defined as the simPle and narrow "Ceremony, Music,Penalty and Politios", but the private was broad and free.The theory "politics superior to others" is a chanacter which penetrated through So-rai's thinking all the time. Either his "theory of doctrine", "theory of God's will", on his "disintegration of the public and the private in his learning outlook" all embodied this character. Just as this character which So-rai made Confucianism political deviated from the ethics standard thinking of the traditional Confucianism and caused the decline and collapse of Confucianism in Japen, inherently originated and developed the thinking elements in Japen in the modern times.
