Cross-culture Management:Conflict And Merger Of Pluralistic Culture

The conflict and merger of culture is the inherent mechanism that interacts between subjects. The difference between enterprise culture makes the inner reason for success or failure of enterprise that runs cross-culture. Based on the relationship between culture and management,this paper puts its angle of view on the nature of the cross-culture in the management of enterprise and analyses the characteristic and general course of the management of enterprise cross-culture under the condition of new global economy,hoping to give an enlightenment to the practice and study of the management of Chinese enterprise cross-culture.
