Joint ventures operating in China generally encounter cultural conflicts caused by cultural differences,and many enterprises are also suffering from cultural conflicts,resulting in operational difficulties.As a Sino foreign joint venture,L company also experienced cross culture conflicts at the beginning of its establishment,which brought many disharmony factors to the leaders and employees of the joint venture.The company's products mainly for wind turbines,originally had a better market prospects,but because of cross-cultural conflict,so that product quality and sales did not achieve the desired results.In order to study cross-cultural conflict,from the case of cross culture management of L company,to arrange a cross cultural analysis of conflict management of L enterprise in China,and to study the management strategies for the characteristics of conflict,and cross culture under the new situation of the foreign company management problems have a new understanding and understanding.In order to find the deep reasons of cross-cultural conflict,L company to conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of cross-cultural conflict of enterprises,in the form of questionnaire survey,questionnaire design is based on the previous research on the practical business of some modification.Through the questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,cross cultural conflict of enterprises become clear in the investigation before the questionnaire according to the variance calculation and main factor analysis,the company has the cross cultural conflict in the following five aspects,including the value orientation,business philosophy,management system,culture and communication,and the reasons these conflicts have no cultural fusion,neglect communication,cross-cultural management experience.According to the advice of the consulting team and some previous research results,some basic strategies for integrating the cross-cultural conflicts of L companies.Through the strengthening of cultural integration to solve the value difference between the two sides of the company cooperation.After perfecting the communication mechanism,it effectively solves the problems of communication not in place,management concept conflict and management mode conflict.To strengthen staff training as a means to solve the lack of experience in cross-cultural management.Through the implementation of human resources localization,to lay the foundation for long-term development of enterprises.Through the implementation of enterprise strategy,enterprise integration of new enterprise culture,fully achieved some good results of the cultural integration,through comparative investigation and analysis,the job satisfaction of employees are greatly improved.Normally,positive attitude towards the work environment.After the integration formed a unique system of culture,through communication,we recognized the system,and strictly implement the system norms,to achieve the standardization of management requirements,product quality will also be improved.At present,both sides in accordance with the direction of the development of cultural integration management of enterprises,the production and operation of enterprises have also been greatly improved.
