The acculturation contradict, is a choice between Chinese Culture and Native Culture in the intercultural communication, especially in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL). It is expressed in this article that the Acculturation contradict in TCSL mainly consists in Teacher, Student and Textbook etc.The paper is made up of three parts: Firstly, the preferments of the acculturation contradict in Teacher, Student and Textbook in TCSL are sorted; Secondly, we analyze the principles to transcend the acculturation contradict, as well as the definition and peculiarities of the acculturation contradict; Thirdly, some strategies to transcend the acculturation contradict are provided for the Teacher, Student and Textbook etc. At last some acculturation contradicts and the strategies in the school management are involved.
