After Cenjiongmin rebelled him Sunzhongshan reorganized the revolutionist party by imitating Soviet Union' ways. He gave up to sustain the parliament. Duanqirui dismissed the parliament after Beijing Coup.Parliamentarism on the Republic of China was drawn into China because it was treated as a means of saving the nation and was given up because it was thought of as a source of nation confusion. But theseunderstandings were not correct.The institution that was formulated by revolutionists had lots of flaw because of incorrect comprehension. When a political state broke down, all kinds of political groups which wanted to controll state had fought for power after Xinhai Revolution. Parliament on early Republic of China gave a stage to the political struggle ?But they hadn't believed and compromised each other. They conflicted with each other so sharply that they resorted force for their personnel interests.
