Parliamentarism was drawn into China after XinHai Revolution., Nanjin interim senate, Beijin interim senate, the parliament, the sencond regular session of the parliament, Anfu parliament, Informal parliament , Hufa parliament were set up one and another in China ?The revolutionists reformed own continuously to suit the new situation. Sunzhongshan was about to reform the Alliance Society after revolution, but he didn't success, Songjiaoren reformed the Alliance Society into Kuomintang by having combined another five party. After the revolution in 1913 Sunzhongsan's plan that was to reformed the Kuomintang was failed because his way of reforming party didn't acknowledged by most of the members of the Kuomintang. After Cenjiongmin rebelled him Sunzhongshan reorganized the revolutionist party by imitating Soviet Union' ways. He gave up to sustain the parliament. Duanqirui dismissed the parliament after Beijing Coup.Parliamentarism on the Republic of China was drawn into China because it was treated as a means of saving the nation and was given up because it was thought of as a source of nation confusion. But theseunderstandings were not correct.The institution that was formulated by revolutionists had lots of flaw because of incorrect comprehension. When a political state broke down, all kinds of political groups which wanted to controll state had fought for power after Xinhai Revolution. Parliament on early Republic of China gave a stage to the political struggle ?But they hadn't believed and compromised each other. They conflicted with each other so sharply that they resorted force for their personnel interests. Their action gave rise to common people disgust.It brought forth new ideas into China by drawing into parliamentarism. It improved Chinese political interests and ideas of democracy and republicanism.
