This paper is guide with the Three-Level-Theory of Grammar, and on the basis of study, quote the researching conclusion of those, we analysis the Marked-passive-sentence in Syntactical level, segmatical and pragmatical level, and want descripte it more generally and more precisedy, the purpose of the paper is to discovery some grammatical rules in Modern Chinese.First, the paper descriminates the terms of passive sentence, and defined it in pragmatical level. We think that it is passive Sentence if subject is objective in a sentence. After restropecting the development of Chinese pass'ive sentence concisly, the writer of the theme absorbed the theory of some authorities and think that passive sentence also include those sentences which predicate is act by suffering verb, In analysise of it, we analysis the subject and object in syntactive analysise, and study the verb in it, generalisted its basis Sentence mould, and refere to the relation of transformation between passive Sentence and active sentence. In pragmatical analysise, we study the Nouns case, and refere to the Objective agentive instrumecal. resultative is their main case. In segmatical struture, there are relations among argument. In pragmative analysise, Marked-passive-sentence is mainly express the things that people don't want happend. But with the development of language, it is accelerate that people express happiess information. The theme also analysis the express focus in Marked-passive-sentence.
