There are many criminal problems in Dostoyevsky's novels. The criminal problems are relevant with his life experiences, social background and his religious idea of original sin. Based on an especially artistic principle, his dealing with criminal problems presents a certain distinction, including motive of crime theorization, contingent criminality and conscientious condemn. In fact, criminal theme has been an effective measure in Dostoyevsky's novels, which expresses his opposition to the ruthlcssness of unreligious law and his worry to human rational fetish. Then, he considered none other way but regress religious and Christ love should be the outlet of human being's mind.
