At the first stage of 20th century, the Outer Mongolia gradually kept aloof from the central Government of China, and obtained independence under the support of the external powers. Especially during the Second World War, The Outer Mongolia Independence had close relation with the Soviet Union, America, China, Japan and England from begin to end. We can see the political rivalry of the Great Powers in the Far East through the course of the Outer Mongolia independence, which displayed a miniature of the International relations in the Far East. In thisarticle, I want to follow the historical trace of the development and thehange of the International relations in the Far East, reveal the external use of the Outer Mongolia independence, and expose the essence of thediplomacy of the Great Powers such as the Soviet Union, America-thenational egoism and the Great-power Chauvinism. Meanwhile I want to prove the responsibility each government of China would take for the Outer Mongolia independence, so that we fight back the attack of the external and internal enemies on the Communist Party of China, clarify the historical fact, and correct people's error of knowledge.
