Analysis On The Early Independence Of Outer Mongolia

At the end of the Qing dynasty,China’s national power was weaken,the problems of border became more and more seriously.The New Deal was failed which carried out by Sanduo,the whole Outer Mongolia has been disturbed and disgusted to the Qing government.Outer Mongolia announced independence under the agitated and tempted by Tsarist Russia.Then Beiyang Government has launched a tough negotiations on unification,finally it won the suzerainty in the Outer Mongolia after difficult efforts. After the October Revolution,the situation about Outer Mongolia’s society has changed a lot,the authorities of Outer Mongolia found it was diffcult to self-government,so they returned to the governance of Beiyang Government.But the good times did not last so long,Kulun was occupied by Enqin, it led to a second independent tragedy.After the Red Army of the Soviet wiped out Enqin and supported the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party controlled the government,and also took the living buddha as emperor,carried out the constitutional monarchy,it named the third independent.Outer Mongolia fallen in the hands of the Soviet Union after1924,the questions of Outer Mongolia became more difficult to solved.This paper will carry on an inspection and an inquisition to the each stage of independence of Outer Mongolia in the early time and to analyze a crucial reason on the early independence,I hope to provide certain references about the nationality questions of our country in these days.
