Newly arisen discipline, educational social psychology has been only for 30 remaining years of life. Its system is still not perfect and the work of its research still need further deep into. Basing on the analysis of the present condition the study on the system of educational social psychology, this article made argument with study on the basic theories problem to educational social psychology to our country, and bring up the new view of the system of educational social psychology.1. Educational social psychology applies the basic standpoint and study method of social psychology, studies the psychology regularity of interaction between student individual or student collective and factors of teaching situation because of the human communication in school.2. Educational social psychology regards the communication theories as foundation theories, and completely announce to public the social psychology regularity and behavior regularity in school.3. The contents system of educational social psychology is namely: firststudy the dynamic interaction in school-the human interaction inclassroom, among them include interaction.between teacher and student, ego interaction, interaction between students; second study the staticinteraction in school- interaction between student and psychologyatmosphere of community, culture environment of community, among them include interaction between student and class atmosphere, interaction between student and campus culture.
