On The Ethical Power Of Enterprises And Its Cultivation

Enterprises are the subjects of social economic action. With the development of the market-economy, most of the material and the service that people share are provided by the enterprises. Therefore the action of enterprises is combined with our life. During the construction of socialism market-economy, people benefit from the material fortune that the enterprises have created while they are not content with the unmoral phenomena that come from the management of the enterprises. Therefore, moral management is the ideal expectation of our society to the enterprises. The morality problem of the enterprises will be one of the great problems that people concern in the new century. Without the support and reconstruction of morality, the enterprises could not promote the development of productivity and the social progress healthily and continuously. The article has made some primary research for the cultivation of the enterprises' ethical power. Its body is decided into four parts.In the first part, the implication, the type and the trait of the ethical power of enterprises are explained, on the basis of which the author thinks the ethical power provides opportunity for the development of the enterprises.In the second part, unmoral phenomena and their bad effects are analyzed and induced.In the third part, the cause of absence of the ethical power in the enterprises is analyzed from system, social culture and psychology.In the fourth part, according to the aim and the principle of the cultivation of ethical power, the author thinks that its strategy is to strengthen morality in the enterprises' action and serve the ethical power as a power factor in the management of the enterprises.
