As the psychological problem of students in high school has being increasing stood out, the psychological consultation has being regarded as an available measure to exclude mental obstacles, defend and treat psychological illness which has being understood and accepted by more and more people and students. The institution, a room for psychological consultation or a center for psychological direction, of psychological consultation in high school will be popular in China, The psychological consultation will become a routine work in school education. This is a track of educational development in developed countries, what inspire us. This is a demand of society development of China; this is an analytic result of basic educational problems at present. Should the schools, including high schools and trade schools, respond the vocation of the ministry of education to develop educational activity of mental healthiness? What about the developing situation of the psychological consultation? According to these problems, a spot check was made out and was analyzed and discussed. The text includes the following four parts.The first part is about common concepts and meanings of psychological consultation in school. This part definitudes psychological consultations and relative conceptions, states briefly the developmental psychological consultation steps and revelations of oversea, sets forth the meanings of developing psychological consultation in our country.The second part includes analyses to the actuality, scarcity and reason of psychological consultation in middle schools. Through analyses of the investigating results, some errors and lacks of psychological consultation are found in middle schools in Huaihua city. And the causation briefly analyzed was being schools.The third part is about the main theory and technological choices of adaptation to the psychological consultation of schools in Huaihua city. It contains some basic consulting theories that should be mastered by psychological consultants according to traditional cultural background and students age character of body-and-mind development in middle schools.The forth part is about the visualization of psychological consultation of middle schools in Huaihua city. The developmental construction and thinking are put forward to psychological consultation of middle schools in Huaihua by thinking recognition, organic institution, construction of mode, and personnel quality etc.
