Study On The Names, Locations And Times Of 'ZhouNan' 'ShaoNan' In The Book Of Songs

"Zhou Nan" and "Shao Nan" are the first parts of GuoFeng in the Book of Songs. The meaning of these two names, the places where the two came from and when they were bom are problems which people have being focused on.The thesis aims at historical studying the research of these three questions. By extracting pith from raw materials, finding the truth from the falsehood, the thesis discusses "Er Nan" deeply based on the present research station .The thesis consists of three parts, and the three parts respectively discuss each question.The first part investigates the history of the research on the name's meaning of "Er Nan". This part analyzes a few opinions about the meaning of it, the changes and successions of these opinions from the War States Period to the modern times.The second part inspects the physiological research of "Er Nan" and puts forward four opinions having great effects, then analyzes and distinguishes the four opinions.The last part take textual criticisms on the research of times of "Er Nan", offers four says about the birth times of it and explains the four says.
