Chinese films of 1930s built the first summit in the developing history of Chinese film. However, we preferred narrating and appraising the history of this period from unstable changes of language circumstance and times climate and our narrations were relatively decentralized. Now the author think it is necessary to check up the history of this period and express our clear understanding. This thesis intends to do some deeper research to replenish cracks of historical theories in Chinese film and oversights and omissions in the historical facts. At the sametime, in order to rewrite the history of Chinese film, we also need to grasp exacter details and use opener film concepts.The introduction part focuses on the stages research of Chinese film again. As essential prerequisite, the author chooses 30's Chinese film to do stages research. The time concept of developing period and "The Newly Film Movement" became the key words to grasping stage features of this period and playing a role in the developing history of Chinese film.The field of theory has different opinions to the beginning time of "The Newly Film Movement". In the first chapter of this thesis the author shifts the beginning time to the end of 20's when Luo Mingyou built the Lianhua Company by preliminarily forming industrial base and appearing paragon text. This part expounds Lianhua's enterprise pattern, production conception, production quantity and text features. Especially the author demonstrates deeper connection of the creation movement at the beginning time and "Newly Film Movement". Further the author expounds the basic role of "The Newly Film Movement" in the new concentrating industrial pattern.The second part of this thesis focuses on the dynamics factors of developing period of Chinese film. "The Newly Film Movement" is a kind of complex film movement with mixed times features. In the process of its development, both inner cause in the developing of art itself and external cause of The New Cultural Movement played an important role. The author tries to observe and study the inner mechanism that the cultural movement of left wing promoted the developing of film and keep a fresh eye on 30's Chinese film.We have fewest discussions on economic factor in the whole study of 30's film. Producing films is always regarded as a kind of industry and business. Business profit is always a determining power in producing films. The third chapter is the focal point of this thesis. It focuses on the analysis of the strong role of economic factor on the achievements of box-office of new film and coexisting and drawing on the experience of silent movie and sound movie.The achievements of "The Newly Film Movement " are great creation in the history of Chinese film. It shows not only on the creation but also on theoretical depth. In the last chapter of this thesis sorts out front construction and tries to examine the glories of the ignored "Newly Film" by inspecting and proving theory arguments.
