Egypt of Pharaohs, namely Egypt under the rule of dynasties, is the mainstream in the history of Ancient Egypt .The period of New Kingdom is unique and important in the history of Pharaonic Egypt, the Egyptians expelled the Hyksos and gained independence during this phases. The Pharaohs turned the independent wars into aggressive wars and invaded neighboring counties at one fling, then the giant empire of Ancient Egypt firstly founded.The New Kingdom was a period that characteristic of empire military make its political system ,ruling way all have got with different special features, this paper namely pay attention to it .By introducing a series of political strategy of the New Kingdom, analyze this kind of political strategy the rational foundation that existed , and scoop out the inside kernel of political structure deeply .We think that the warlike trait in New Kingdom is keen, while the ancient Egyptians persistently attached importance to traditions , thus monastery group and soldiery became two powerful sections contain mutually. The monastery group seized regime as they held the military power ultimately. The New Kingdom ruined when the troops could not resist foreign enemies. My conclusion is the equilibrium and conflict between politics and religion ran through the whole New Kingdom, which represented the monastery and soldiery groups combated each other. The first part examined political policies of the New Kingdom relatively comprehensive. On one side, the act of strengthening Pharaonic authorities which behaved that Pharaohs and their bureaucracy controlled every fields of social life and Pharaonic power penetrated all aspects:1. The Pharaohs took delight in building new architectures and immense construction project. The outstanding performance was temples of the gods thrived .The Pharaohs even boasted their greatness inexhaustible in other building forms and art productions.2. In the economical life, the royal serves and slaves cultivate most lands. The royal organization took charge the original material production and allotment. The Pharaonic commanded long-distance trade strictly and there were not genuine merchantman. Foreign trade is mostly adopted labor- exchange and served for the Pharaoh and royal needs. The monastery group played very important role in economic field. 3. On diplomatic affairs: the Egypt plundered the conquered areas heartlessly in the earlier period and later the policy towards subjugation turned diversified. It carried out different policy according to the subjective regional characteristic, such as political marriage, merchandise trade and forming the peace treaty etc.Along with the Egyptian stability and development ,the kind of policy of extorting excessive taxes and levies was no longer be adopted, while the policy of hooking in and educating to enhance the moral and inner amenability.4. About selection and appointment: The troops played the most important role in the procession of founding empire and the Egyptians indeed earned great fortune depending on military force. The soldiers gradually elevated bureaucrat and became the strength that the Pharaohs fostered consciously in order to stand up to the priests as an equal. Akhenaten relied on the army to combat for benefits with the temples which is the climax of battle between politics and religion on the period of his reign.5. Martial activity: There were frequent military affairs, a standing army that aggrandize the power of legionary leaders, improved the armament and tactics in the New Kingdom., thus vindicated and enlarged the authorities of the Pharaoh. 6.Judicature and administration:The number of legal records surviving from the New Kingdom is very much greater and among these some laws are now preserved. The Pharaoh and vizer commanded the law. So-called law fundamentally was unwritten law which mostly the orders of the Pharaoh.
