| As an important category of Chinese classical literary theory, miaowu theory possesses deeply and richly aesthetic connotation. The target of miaowu is xingqu within which xing are images and qu are spirit or interest. Having a certain relation with yunwei, xingqu is an undetached, and untraced but deeply reserved artistic emotional appeal shaped after interest merged into the whole image of poetry. Being a kind of intuitive ability to grasp the aesthetic object, miaowu mainly expresses itself on the one hand in savoring a person's own inner heart and on the other hand in experiencing with the object, meanwhile talking with the object to attain a harmonious relation. The competence of miaowu is never innate or inherent, but coming through the repeated artistic practice. Miaowu is combination of numerous of people's wisdom and a result of multiple culture colliding with each other. Having a direct connection with Taoism and the chan sect(zen),and miaowu means to grasp "miao", which concerns with "Tao", and it adopts the deep meditation of zen but turning to the surroundings separated with human's body ,and to the noumenon.Certain difficulties come along with the applying of miaowu in contemporary context. Miaowu is the poetical theory, however poetry has not been the dominant artistic form. Miaowu proves to be systematical, which not easily to operate. Compared with the western literary theory, the characteristic of miaowu is very distinctive, which manifests its modern significance. However, making a comparison is to adopt other's advantages in order to develop and enrich itself. Miaowu can incorporate the creasy mood of inspiration in order to release the subject's emotion, for it relating not only individual unconsciousness but also collective unconsciousness. In addition, miaowu can draw lesson from the consideration systematical of intuition theory and intuiting essence theory to make itself sophisticated, systematical and logical, which displays the logical analysis of it's object, process and development. Xingqu, the target of miaowu, an image containing certain significances of life and history, which also can be draw lessons from the target of intuiting essence—— the significance of human beings and the world. Also the process of miaowu can be taken lesson from the way of intuitive theory and intuiting essence theory to make a careful and precise analysis. At last Gaston Bachelard's way of dreaming can be employed to foster the ability of miaowu .Miaowu has a great modern significance. As to its target, xingqu (image and significance) is the significance of life manifested in representing realistic life circumstances. Contemporary realistic life is extraordinary complex. The overlapping of classicism, modernism and post modernism means the acute collide and clash filled with realistic life .the orientation of the history should be revealed in the experience bloody and tragic life. However, the experience of the realistic relation is just a part of miaowu. Concerning miaowu, what is more important is the comprehension of the meaning connecting with the whole human beings. It's obvious that the purpose of emphasizing miaowu's significance is to overcome the shortcoming of contemporary "writings in female body" with unlimited expanding of subjectivity; also this emphasis means the return of the expressive mechanism of yun. Referring to the process of miaowu, it can be regarded as the method of creation which needs the author place himself in his character's position. Miaowu means the author pay all his attention to experience image and communicating with the object, in order to make the object possesses the inner ground of him existence and the logic of fate. Multi-comprehension writing means recalling the harmonious and good-natured relationship of communicating between the author and the reader, so as to overcome the alienated relationship between them.
