Firstly, I will research into his drama theory. Secondly, his works will be tested by the theory itself. As a result of the research, the discrepancy appears in many aspects. I call it "dislocation". This composition investigated the phenomenon after pointing and improving the phenomenon of "dislocation". In my opinion, there are two basic reasons led to this phenomenon. On one hand, Liyu doesn't realize in his mind that drama is a real art as well as poem. On the other hand, the trend from writing to performance of Kunqu opera produced him ignore the ideological content. Lastly, this composition will sum up the experience and lesson of Liyu's failure.
