They all encircle or involve the people's seeking for the Spiritual Hometown .Then ,to rebuild the Spirits of Humalities in the new century becomes the topic and aim of the discussion of the literators and scholars. Scholor Qian Zhongwen put forward the topic and system of "Neo-Rational Spirits" in 1995.
