Asianism is one of the most popular topics in the Asia or even in the world. Historically, Asianism firstly appears in Japan. In the middle of 19th century, Japan is invaded by other peoples. For the sake of Japan's security, some persons of ideals and integrity advance opinions that ally neighbor countries to resist the foreign aggression, such as Theory of Japan-China federation. At almost the same time, some scholar who study the west culture give the contrary opinion, they think that Japan should expand outside, and this is the beginning of Theory of Aggressing the Asia. These two different opinions are inchoation of the left-wing Asianism and the right-wing Asianism. After this, they parallel and develop, and finally consolidate. The popular theory of Aggressing Korea in about 1873 is affected from the ideology of Aggressing the Asia. In 1880 a group of Prosper the Asia comes into existence, which propagandize the theory of Prosper the Asia. In the evening of 80s, Yukichi Fukuzawa(1834-1901) composed Theory of Deviating the Asia, then this theory prevailed in Japanese society, and it start to affect the external policy of the state. Thus the right-wing Asianism exceeded the left, becoming the mainstream of the Asianism, which piloted Asianism to the right. The war between China and Japan in 1894 is an exemplification. In this war, Japan's ambition to aggress China uncovered. Opposed and intervened by Russia and other great power, squab Japan had to put down its aggressing plan, and took an more ulterior mode, which could infiltrate its force to China. So Japan camouflaged to help rebuilding and save China, and this is why the theories of Rebuilding China and saving China were so popular. The left-wing and right-wing Asianism consolidated. In the last years of 19 th century and beginning of 20th century when Asianism was popular, China was aggressed by the imperialism. To save the fate of Qing dynasty, the state carried a reform, namely Qing Terminal NewDeal. Japan developed economy and military affairs to enhance its strength, so as to defeat Russia. On the other hand, it participated in the power's aggression, snatch resources and markets. To avoid that China would be carved up before monopolized by Japan, it camouflaged to save China. In the chance of Qing Terminal New Deal, Japan attracted Chinese young people to study in Japan so as to bring up emotion to Japan, and attempted to inoculate these ridgepoles with asianism and militarism. Besides, Japan dispatched flock of counselors, teachers and technologists. Many of these people were espionages, they received orders from the Japanese government, and they butt in Chinese affairs and detect information as teacher or consultant.Asianism not only prevailed in Japan, but also aroused great echo. ZhangTaiyan's Asia amicabile and LiuShipei's Asian puniness ally were in a way obverse echo. But this camouflage to save China was soon penetrated by Chinese, student abroad wrote to impugn Japan, pointed out the complot hidden-penetrate force in secret to monologize China. The condition of large quantities of Chinese studying in Japan and Japanese guiding in China osculated the relationship between Japan and China, going by the name of Golden Time. If this cooperation between the two countries is so-called "gold", then it can say that asianism is the "smelter" of this "gold".This article researches theoretic thereunder and idealistic base that affect even control Japan's policy to China, as Japan's participation in the New Deal to be a cut-in. It testifies that the asianism. appears in Japan's policy as thus a guise.
