A Study On Human Personality Education & Cultivation For College Students

Human personality is a widely spread concept, and the human personality at this paper is defined in psychology and ethic. The paper considers that human personality is a conceivable structure, an inner stabilized system with the certain frames and layers.By analyzing theoretically, the human personality of college students is in the self-respect stage. By analyzing practically, although their human personality have been cultivated to some extents, due to the limitations of their age against their social surroundings, there is a certain distance between their value awareness and their behaviors and there is also a clash between their self-evaluation and their social positioning. Therefore, the human personality cultivation of college students has some shortcomings, but it also has a strong plasticity.To extend human personality education of college students, the general aim is to cultivate college students with the comprehensive and healthy personality; the target is to develop their abilities in intelligences, morale and determinations; the content should include the educations on thoughts, politics, ethics, psychology and legalities; the approach mainly involves campus, family, internet and so on. Meanwhile, moral education plays a special important role in the human personality education of college students.The main activities of college students take place in the campus, so the human personality education should be carried out in the school background .
