Research On The Correlation Of Human Relationship And Personality Of College Students

Human relationship is one of the important factors that influences the university students'life. As was proved by many theories and researches, the positive personality characteristic and favorable human relationship play an important role in the college students'mental health . Today, with the mental health education paid much attention to, college students'human relationship level has already become an important standard which assesses the students'mental health. This research uses the questionnaire to analyze and discuss university students'human relationship status, and throws light on the factors that influence human relationship in personality. After collecting and analyzing the data, draw conclusions as following:1. In Inner Mongolia Region, college students do poorly in human relationship, only half of the college students'human relationship status is fine, the rest half have trouble in dealing with human relationship. Among the four factors harassing college students'human relationship, association with opposite sex ranks first, then the society and making friends, conversation with others, politeness and behaviors.2. In general, college students'human relationship has no difference in the specialty, but in the aspect of society and making friends, students of science do better than those liberal art students.3. College students'human relationship has no significant difference in the aspect of grade, but in the society and making friends, grade four is better than grade one. In the association with opposite sex, grade one is much better than grade two.4. College students'human relationship has no significant difference in the aspect of gender, but in the association with opposite sex, females do much better than males.5. College students'human relationship has significant difference in the aspect of nationality, Mongolian college students'human relationship is better than Han college students. In the aspects of society and making friends, the association with opposite sex, Mongolian college students do much better than Han college students.Whether college students are only children has no significant difference on their human relationship, while only children do better than non-only children in the aspect of the association with opposite sex.Whether the college students come from Inner Mongolia or other provinces has no influence on their human relationship, but comparing the college students from cities with those from rural areas, find there is significant difference in society and making friends and relationship with opposite sex. College students from pasturing areas do better than those from rural areas in the two aspects above.8. How much the living cost is and whether they are in charge of the class have no influence on college students'human relationship.9. The relationship between the college students and their parents affects their human relationship a lot, those who are in harmony with their parents are good at dealing with human relationship, while those who are not in harmony with their parents are weak in dealing with it.10. The personality of college students has no significant difference in the aspects of gender, specialty and nationality, females have more positive personality than males, college students of liberal art than science, Mongolian than Han.11. Ten factors in personality such as being sociable, stability, excitability, courage, suspicion, fantasy, anxiety, independence, self-discipline, intensity influence the human relationship of college students.12. College students who get high grades and low grades in relationship have clear difference in the personality. Their being sociable, stability, excitability, courage, suspicion, anxiety, self-discipline show different levels.13. Parent relationship has a notable predicting effect on the ability of college students'human relationship. Anxiety, courage, intensity, excitability, self-discipline and suspicion in the personality have notable predicting effects on the ability of college students'human relationship.
