The Enlightenment Of Feng Youlan's Ethical Thought To The Moral Education And Moral Cultivation Of College Students

Feng Youlan is a famous philosopher as well as an important moralist in China.The Neo Confucianism philosophy includes rich ethical thoughts,especially some important ethical problems,such as the meaning of life,the ideal of life,the accomplishment of life and the methodology of life,have been systematically thought in the“New Hominid”and“New World Training--A New Approach to Life”,Which is very enlightening to the moral life of modern people.College students are a special group with a higher level of knowledge to promote social development,so their ideological and moral status has great influence on the moral ethos of the whole society and the future of a nation.With the influence of social pluralism and informatization in recent years,the situation of moral education in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges.Through the analysis of Feng Youlan's life realm and the new theory of life method,this article aims to explore the ethical ideas for the moral education and moral cultivation of college students,and to explore the idea that is beneficial to the promotion of the moral quality of the college students.This article mainly includes four parts.Firstly,it introduces the main ethical ideas of Feng Youlan's life realm and the new theory of life,as well as the contents of moral education and moral cultivation.Secondly,the present situation of moral education and moral cultivation of college students as well as the existing problems are analyzed.Thirdly,The enlightenment of the ethical thought in the realm of life to the moral education of college students.Finally,it discusses some ideas of Feng Youlan's new theory of life on the moral cultivation of college students.With the advent of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the historical task of socialist modernization will inevitably set higher demands on the moral quality of college students.The moral status of college students has also aroused widespread concern in the whole society.Many scholars try to learn from the excellent ideas of traditional culture to enhance the moral level of college students.By analyzing the relevant contents of Feng Youlan's ethical thought,this article hopes that the moral education and moral cultivation of the college students in China will present a new atmosphere.
