Chinese complex sentence is in the communication activity of the language, especially in the written language, the frequency of utilization is high, the coverage rate is wide, it is the extremely important forming a connecting link in the unit in the language, but compared with in the simple sentence because of the complex sentence of Chinese, complicated a lot of in such aspects as logic semanteme , structure level, so, the foreign student often makes mistakes while using Chinese complex sentence, the Vietnamese oversra students is no exception. This paper is on the basis of forefathers' research results, it is a primitive material with author's Vietnamese oversea student' s Chinese complex sentence language material of intermediate class (includes questionnaire investigation ) collected , regard interlanguage theory as the theoretical foundation , the method that use statistical analysis and errors analysis, carry on a objective,overall investigation on the errors of Chinese complex sentence by intermediate class Vietnamese oversea students. The article regards leaning towards the type of errors as the breakthrough point at first, from the sentence structure form of the complex sentence, semanteme relation, logic relation wait for angle is it appear related word improperly use cause partial by mistake to sum up, it is partial by mistake that other words and sentence composition are improperlied use to cause, among phrase it is the that mistake cause since it is logic relation it is the partial by mistake, before and after have phrase related, omitted ones that cause not improper the partial by mistake ,etc. lean towards five kinds by type of missing. Especially to cause by the fact that the related word is improperlied use partial by mistake, other word and sentence composition improperly use lead to the fact simply probe into and analyse by mistake, we find, the ones that caused by the fact that the related word is improperlied use are partial by mistake , the related word is misused mainly because the foreign student holds each related complex sentence type shown of word inaccuratly, the concrete semanteme and usage of the related word of all kinds of complex sentences are grasped and does not cause skillfully . For example: Causality expresses and concerns and matches the mistake etc. with the purpose relation, related word in order to transfer by mistake . The related word has misplaced and shouldered from the mother tongue while moving and found the answer partially by mistake . It was partial by mistake that other words and sentence composition used the mistake to cause, because foreign student use the rule to understand to some related grammar meaning of word uncompletely mainly, can' t hold the related word and other word peculiar choice concern and influence of mother tongue lead to the fact. Then has made overall quantitative analysis to the situation that the Vietnamese foreign student of intermediate class studied related word of Chinese through questionnaire investigation, analyse through data statistics , announce foreign student , Vietnam of intermediate class , practise Chinese complex sentence some laws of course. The article probed into the impacts on Chinese complex sentence study of the foreign student in Vietnam of both sides of teaching finally, have discussed emphatically that a teacher explains the deviation and fault of the respect of writing with the teaching material etc., study the negative function produced about student's complex sentence. On this basis , have written and put forward some suggestions to foreign Chinese complex sentence teaching and teaching material at present. Point out that simply misses more related words to those investigation , the teacher can " simply manage in advance by mistake " by comparing with and analyse and simply analyse by mistake consciously , should follow system reappearing , spiral type principle rising of the content of courses in the writing of foreign Chinese teaching material.
