The final questionnaire on the Types of College Students' Internet Addiction was decided after the second experiment with the modified initial questionnaire formed on the basis of some relevant existing research. The questionnaires, together with Sensation Seeking Scale, Interaction Anxiousness Scale and Interaction Anxiousness Scale were issued to randomly selected 825 college students of 5 universities in Wuhan District of Hubei Province, and the factor analysis of the data in the questionnaires shows that:(1) Of the three main factors, namely Internet game addiction, Internet interpersonal relationship addiction and Internet Information addiction that were sampled, the lower loadings of items were left out, and the 20 items remained. (2) The questionnaires on College Students' Internet Addiction have a high reliability and validity, for the internal consistency coefficients of both the overall questionnaires and the individual-item questionnaires are over 0.75 and the structure validity and content validity of the questionnaires are also high. (3) A certain proportion of college students are Internet addicts, and these addicts, due to their difference in sex, grade, family background and age, fall into such types as Internet game addicts, Internet interpersonal relationship addicts and Internet information addicts etc. (4) There is remarkable difference in the score of Sensation Seeking Scale and such sub-scales as ES, DIS and BS, but no big difference in such sub-scales as TAS between the high score group and the low score group of Internet game addicts and Internet interpersonal addicts. There is also notable difference in the score of UCLA Loneliness Scale and Interaction Anxiousness Scale between the two groups. In terms of the latitude of Internet information addiction, the difference between the high score group and the low score group in Sensation Seeking Scale and such sub-scales as TAS, ES, BS is not so distinct as that in such sub-scales as DIS In addition, the difference in such two scales as UCLA Loneliness Scale and Interaction Anxiousness Scale is not distinct either.
