Chinese Traditional Lacquer Art & Modern Furniture Design

Focused on Chinese traditional lacquer art and modern furniture design, this essay will present us a new idea of design, based on the combination of function, art and culture. In this essay, I will also introduce Deconstructism and deal with several main hypotaxis in lacquer ware design. Such as the deconstruction of craftwork and style, form and function, form and innerconnotation, material and styles.And in chapter six , I will have an analysis on the features of various kinds of craftwork materials, based on some products designed by myself.
