It is well known that there are lots of archetypes in everyone's subconscious just as C. G Jung the famous psychologist said many years ago. The archetypes have been formed through the millions of years experience of the people. There aren't fixed archetypes but some particularities in everyone's subconscious. The imagery is formed when the particularities are linked with some idiographic objects in our life. So there are some similar symbols. Of course, the animal imagery is formed when the people are linked with the animals. Jung thought the animal imagery is closely to the people's subconscious, and he gave lots of examples about animal imagery and he also linked the animal imagery with the myth and old religion. In our country, the psychologist, Jianjun Zhu think that the animal imagery represent the people's natural diathesis characteristic and the nerve characteristic. So he thinks that the animal imagery represent the people's temperament. Firstly, the research looks back the come into being of the concept of the imagery and history of the imagery research. Secondly, I introduce the models of the imagery research and the applied research. Then I focus the emphases on the animal imagery, including the concept and the history of research.Based on the summary, I want to research the exploring research about the disciplinarian and the integration of the undergraduates' animal imagery. I have used the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, scl-90 and self consistency and congruence Questionnaire to explore the animal imagery disciplinarian and the effect of the animal imagery integration. I have found some results: (1) There are marked diversity in herbivorous, meat-eating animal imagery, endowed gender factors in different gender; the female's number of the herbivorous animal imagery is larger than the male's, the male's number of the meat-eating animal imagery is larger than the female's, the female endowed the female gender is larger than the endowed male gender, the male endowed the male gender is larger than the endowed female gender; (2) there is eight animal imagery averagely every undergraduate during the free five minutes leading imagery; (3) there is significant difference in the number of the herbivorous and little insect animal imagery in the neuroticism dimension but not in the extroversionand introversion dimension, the high neurotic person has the larger number of the herbivorous and little insect animal imagery than the low neurotic person; (4). there is marked ameliorate in mental health and self consistency and congruence factors through the animal imagery integration.According to the above-mentioned results, the paper puts forward the following advices on clinic counseling and therapy: (1) to find the undergraduates' personality through the animal imagery representation skill; (2) to improve the undergraduates' mental health and self consistency through the animal imagery integration skill.
