| Most study on the structure of talented persons' psychological quality is based on the main subject about the structure of creative thought or the character of creative personality, and also is the study on the creativity thought structure or the creativity personality character entity of the special group. The structure of talented persons' psychological quality used in the research is the unification of creativity thought and creativity personality character. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey, and carries on the investigation " University students' cognition to the structure of talented persons' psychological quality " in more than 2,000 university students at five universities in Dalian rigion. The SPSS1 1.5 software is used for analyzing the data. At last, the structure of talented persons' psychological quality is formed which is identified by university students, mainly including the following five aspects: thinking, will, ability, knowledge and idea. It is different in the degree of evaluation between university students and the specialists in each dimension. It shows that the university students have their own opinion on the structure of talented persons' psychological quality. There are some great differences in the different grade, profession, sex about the five aspects. By the research, we can infer the university students' psychological quality, and also we can put forward some counter-plans to strengthen the talented persons' psychological quality of the university students based on it. |
