There were about nine times big discussion about the academic and educability in the history of Chinese mainland's high normal education development. During mostperiod, paid much attention to academic, educability just be looked as an embellish. The curriculum of art teachers education in Chinese mainland high normal university was growing and developing under this big background.It was an impalpable problem of the theory research in the art teachers education curriculum, and there was no scientific system till now. Many educators have researched deeply in the theory of teachers education, but little dealt with the theory of art teachers education; there were many papers about the curriculum, but lack join with the art curriculum. Based on some educators' research in teachers education, linked up the practice of art, preparatory put forward the conception of art teachers' professional accomplishment, which should contain teacher's character and general attainment, subject' speciality knowledge and arts' culture, education and teaching ability, and professional wisdom. The offering of art teachers education curriculum should with a view to the nurturance of art teachers' professional accomplishment. Although it was just a superficial individual recognition, but would put another research angle.What factors generate the segregate of academic and educability in art teachers education? Why scarcities exploring in the distinctive of educability in art teachers education all the time? What implicate among the academic, technique, and educability in art? First, through looking back the history, expect to explore the reason of the problems and carrying forward the credits of tradition; second, find the problem exist through comparing and analyzing the art teachers education curriculum design of three high normal universities in Chinese mainland; third, derive the experience of America, Hong Kong, and Taiwan from crosswise and used for reference; last, shined upon the theory and the above research, put forward the countermeasure of curriculum construct and introduction forecast the future trend.Research conclusion: the root of hinder the development of art teachers education curriculum offering was deficient recognition in art teacher' professional position. Which reflect in the curriculum offering was: first, the practice and applying of education theory curriculum was not powerful; second, there is a lack of art education, resulting in the scarcity of join between art and education curriculum, so students can't applying the art into teaching, and can't applying the education theory into teaching also; last, there was scant of relationship among curriculums, can't accelerate art teachers' professional accomplishment cultivated. The pre-teachers should be provided with high academic level, art teaching ability, and research ability in these two fields, finally internally become teachers' professional accomplishment,continually sublimate professional wisdom. Attach importance to teachers' personality cultivation, made the professional spirit filtered into every subject learning, consider the education value to secondary school students and the meaning to general education in art teaching. This paper would delivered preparatory discussion, advanced some not mature individual thinking, which need further test and verified in teaching practice.
