Based on the past studies about Feeling of Academic Success, Level of Aspiration, Personality Education and so on, the research tested the relation between the Feeling of Academic Success and Learning Adaptability and that between the Feeling of Academic Success and the characteristics. Two classes of high school students were tested. The Feeling of Academic Success Scale, Learning Adaptability Questionnaire were used. Through the natural experiment, according to students' characteristics, Performance-Aspiration-level-based instruction method was gained. The major research results were:(1 ) Learning goal would affect the feeling of learning success indirectly, through affect three factors of learning motivation, self devotion and goal achievement. The students who hold learning goal have higher learning satisfaction and learning efficiency.( 2 ) Personality factors have the impact to the different extent of the Feeling of Academic Success and the factors, Relate to the learning motivation, self-investment and goal achievement are affected as well.(3 ) Positive emotion of introversion students about their learning and other people is comparatively higher. They can experience the Feeling of Academic Success more.(4) To help students expense the Feeling of Academic Success more and to improve their learning and personality development, we can instruct them to set up proper Performance-Aspiration-level-based according to their characteristics, ask them to pay more attention on the knowledge they have learnt not the result merely, and emphasize the thought of vertical development that students should improve their learning based on their own level in the ways of group instruction or personal discussion.
