China and Japan are near neighbor, in all ages China and Japan have close Relation. So there have some comparable factor in music education. This article is focus on Ideology in education, of which compares aspects such as Target of education, teaching field, teaching method and so on, hoping to do a little for the comparative research.The whole thesis is divided into three parts of preface, subsection and special topic:The second parts is center of whole article, according to time , we can discuss in four periods: China "wei xin" reform and Japan "ming zhi" reform; The period of China resist Japan and Japan Nazism Music education; After foundation New China and Japan After World War II.The third parts is the elite, not similar with second parts, this sect in focus on this century, discuss two questions: Target and Periodicity of Music education in two countries. Point out that abundant sentiment is precede over morality; and Periodicity have a lots of rule which we can learn from it.
