The guide of dialectical materialism and historical materialism are kept file materials collection, newspapers and periodicals are used to approach systemically, the commodity price from different angles and levels in the Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei border region during the Anti-Japanese war. First, the paper discusses in great details about the go-up-and-down changing tend in the Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei border region during the Anti-Japanese war. Sum up, the characters about commodity price fluctuation, relative stability and unbalance, stress to expound the commodity price difference with seasons. The region price difference the price parities and scissors difference between industrial and agricultural productions. Second, it clarities the various factors, furtherly and points out it is the direct factor the Japanese invades made the unbalanced providing and need, the government had to increase the currency issue in order to accumulate the Anti-Japanese funds. The third one it discusses systemically many different kind of control and manage measurements that the government took. It considers the main point to solve the commodity price lies in developing economy, increasing efficiency provides. According to this, the government through adjusting the relationship of providing and need, and issuing and carrying on currency war against Japan to keep to commodity price stable. The last one is to sum up the paper, point out that the work of commodity price management accumulated the experiences of commodity price management. It made the market prosperous provided the basic army need and people life. It plays a very important role in history.
