Exposition On The Cadre Education Of The Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Areas During The Anti-Japanese War

This dissertation discusses the reasons of the cadre education development, the developing process, and the achievements as well as the reasons of obtaining achievements and the experience and the enlightenment in the Shanxi - Chahaer - Hebei border areas during the Anti-Japanese War.This dissertation is divided into five parts. The first part explains the reasons of the cadre education development from three respects that are the weak cadre foundation, the need of the cadre education for resisting against Japan and saving the nation and the demand for cadres for the border constructions in the border areas during the Anti-Japanese War. The second part outlines the four stages of the cadre education development. The third part expounds the great achievements that the cadre education has made from four respects that are the education of the cadre training classes, the advanced and the general cadre school education, medium-sized school education and on-the-job cadre education. The fourth part explains the reasons why the cadre education has made great achievements. The achievements are the results of the comprehensive factors such as the correct principles and policies of the cadre education, the painstaking efforts of the educators as well as the teachers and the students and the support and aid of the army, the government and the people in the border areas. The fifth part outlines the valuable historical experience made by the cadre education of the border areas , explains the historical enlightenment of the cadre education, and offers reference for the current cadre educational work.
