Family is a important place for children to contact sex differences. What's more, it is a very important source for children to accept sex education. Family sex education is the education which teaches children the knowledge of sex roles, sex, sex education in law and gender morals in families. The past sex education about individuals mainly emphasized the adolescence. In fact, the ages before adolescence, especially the ages of 3-12 is the more effective period to process sex education and has unique functions. The study of the sex education on 3-12 aged children is the need of developing the sex education research, and can avoid those embarrasses when children are at adolescence. It can not only benefit on children to form their ability of gender identity, but also be good to eliminate the abnormality during the development of their sex knowledge.
