He Jian was the important representative of whom actually had strength and held power in the Hunan province during the period of the Republic of China. He could rule Hunan through uniting the Guangxi Warlord. Through having Ching, he could rule Hunan over a long time. Relations among He Jian, Ching, the Guangxi Warlord reflected Nanjing central government and locality relation to a great extent.The essay is divided into three parts:Part â… : Reviewing briefly the development course of the relations among He Jian, Ching, the Guangxi Warlord. while Lu Tiping was governing Hunan, He Jian could collude the Guangxi Warlord for expelling Lu in order to rule Hunan. From appearing on the stage to Control Hunan to Central Plains competition to break out, He Jian, while drawing close to Ching Kai-shek, still often coluded with the Guangxi Warlord.
