Research On Educational Pattern Of College Students' Mental Health

As today's China is enjoying fast development of social economy, people are paying increasingly attention to the mental health when they are busily adapting themselves to the modern life. College students are such a special group in the society, whose mental health state is attracting much attention. Lately, the problem is really alarming with successive occurring of malignant incidents and crimes, which also brought serious consequences to those students suffering from ill mental health. China is now carrying out education for all-round students, so how to effectively offer mental education and improve college students' mental health has already become an important subject for higher education. Based on the discussion of the status quo of mental health problem of college students and the main theories of mental health, the thesis focuses its attention on the analyses of the causes of college students' mental problems and timely proposes new approaches to the problem, that's to build sound campus atmosphere with strong traditional root and active participation of physical education.
