[Objective] To improve female college students' career decision-making self efficacy, and explore a new method of career guidance for college students;[Method] The experiment was based on the demand survey. The demand survey was a research of 653 college students from 1-4 grade in 3 universities, to know the status in quo of the college students' career decision-making self-efficacy. The results showed that the scales can be used in the experiment, the design of the guidance should pay more attention to the female students ' characters, and we could use the SAS and the individual-oriented achievement motivation scale as assistant evaluation tool. Subjects: 28 female junior students of Hebei Normal University,14 in experimental group and 14 in control group. Experiment Design: the design of before and after training. The experiment group took part in the career guidance group, and tests were used before and after the counseling, while the control group was in nature scene. The control one was given a talk about career development after the experiment to avoid ethical problems. Guidance Design: base on he theory of career guidance and the group counseling, and the results of the demand survey and the interview. Do objective evaluation by Career Decision-Making Self Efficacy scale (CDMSE), SAS and the individual-oriented achievement motivation scale to use SPSS10.0 to analyze the data. Do subjective evaluation by Group career guidance evaluation scale, the individuals' summary, and the Group behavior observation scale. Experiment Progress: The research includes the preparation of experiment, the experiment, and the evaluation. [Results] After the career guidance, the score of the experiment group' s CDMSE,SAS and the individual-oriented achievement motivation scale were improved, while those of the control group had no significant difference. In subjective evaluation, the results of the group career guidance evaluation scale, the individual summary, and the evaluation of the progress of the guidance showed that the guidance was successful.[Conclusion] the Group Career guidance was effective on improving students' career decision-making self efficacy ,the guidance is effective and can be used in universities.
