The Aesthetic Feature Of Mongolian Costume In Yuan Dynasty

Costume is comprehensive reflection of human beings'material civilization and intellectual civilization. It is even satisfying people's need of beauty besides satisfying people's need of material life. As every nationality have it's language,life style,customs and aesthetic interest,Mongolian nationality made their costume according to their own aesthetic interest. As everyone knows, the Mongol nationality is one of ancient Asian nationality who deep influence the world's history. At the beginning of A.D. 13 century,Genghis Khan united the Mongolian people and stepped up into world history's stage. At that time Mongolian costume also entered into a developing period. After Hub lie united China, Mongolian costume had a new development and change. This paper discusses the aesthetic feature of Mongolian costume in Yuan dynasty. Discusses of Mongolian costume's aesthetic feature was carried on by analyzing Mongolian costume's beauty of form feature,movement feature,symbolism feature and culture intersect feature.
