Turkey followed the policy of neutrality during the Second World War, socialized among Great Britain , France , Germany , Italy , Soviet Union and U.S.A., try hard to safeguard their own interests, and does not hold the crime in any big country at the same time . It being alarmed and uneasy entirely all the time though it did not enter the war . It wanted to keep neutrality under war surrounding and threaten , only it can do is repulse or subdue between the formidable opponents by diplomatic means , survival according to a sword . Fischer of U.S.A. says : "It seems that is a difficult process to endure with no limits to President Inonu and other leaders of Turkey during that half and five years . "The full text is divided into five major parts: The first part have summed up the reason that the foreign policy of Turkey's " neutrality " produces . At first it has formed the overcautious political characteristic; second is that the First World War has given it a deep lesson, it no longer believes in the power politics; a main one still because it economy and military affairs lag behind, unable to contend with the big country.The second part have explained the foreign policy of Turkey in initial stage of World War â…¡, the foreign policy of Turkey includes shortly before the war and the war begin.
